Shipping Information & Corporate Discounts

Many of our items are shipped on the same day - or the next business day - after we receive your order. This applies to most Crosley products and many of our pedal cars and gourmet gift baskets. Other items may take longer and we recommend that you contact us by phone or email for any time-sensitive orders. Due to many variables, we are unable to provide automated responses as to when an item will ship.
Regular Shipping Charges are automatically added to your Shopping Cart prior to your entering your credit card information.
For large, bulky and oversized as well as perishible items - additional charges may apply.
We calculate your Shipping Costs when we receive your order and, if an adjustment is required, we'll e-mail you a confirmation which includes the revised shipping costs and Grand Total. Your credit card will not be charged until you have accepted the new total.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. We also use Priority Mail & FedEx. Some items require Overnight Delivery or Second Day Air Delivery. Orders outside of the Continental United States are shipped by UPS or FedEx Second Day Air. Overnight and Second Day Air Delivery are at your option (except as noted herein) and incur a surcharge.

All shipping charges apply per shipping address.
Local Shipping Charges
Local hand deliveries in the Greater Los Angeles start at $15.00 and go up based on distance from our location and any time sensitivity associated with yor order. Our regular deliveries are Monday through Friday. Please call customer service to confirm delivery date and time as well as charges.
Distant Delivery Charges: Most of our items have unique shipping costs. Those that do not follow this table.

Shipping Options:
Standard Delivery: UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days - depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner if the destination is close to the point of departure.
Overnight Delivery: additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Second Day Air: Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
To HI, AKonly Second Day Air Items that require Overnight Delivery cannot be shipped.
To PR and USVI Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Only available shipping method is Second Day Air Items that require Overnight Delivery cannot be shipped.
Saturday Delivery: Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Orders must be received by Friday at 11 AM Pacific Time. Check with customer service for availability of merchandise. Must ship to a residence or business which is open on Saturdays. Some locations do not have Saturday Delivery available.
There is no Sunday Delivery Service
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We treat multiple shipping addresses as separate orders.
Bad Address Charge: We charge $15.00 per address correction if a bad address or zip code is supplied.
Perishables including chocolates must be shipped overnight and may incur additional charges. Large, bulky and oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges. (includes but not limited to; some retro radios / turntables, birdcages, Betty Boop statues and other antique reproductions) These charges will be added to your total and an "e-invoice" will be sent for your approval and payment. Please check with customer support if you have any questions.

Substitutions:

We are constantly searching for new and exciting products to add to our inventory. Also, some of our products are produced by hand in small batches and are not always available. Consequently, we may make changes to our inventory based on the discovery of new and unique items, product availability and seasonal differences. Should we make a substitution within your order, we promise that quality will never be compromised. Any substitution will be of equal or higher value.
